James and Fiona were out in Uganda for 3 weeks in April as part of the dental mission.
They wrote: “From Jinja we would set off every weekday at 8am in a hired school bus. Our targets were surrounding villages that had been informed of our arrival in advance. There we would administer much-needed dental treatment to folk who have never had access to it. Imagine walking around for two years with toothache – this is commonplace.”

Hi, It is Rhona here in a small village called Busembatia in a computer shop which is owned by one of Maria’s girls called Rebbeca Kaudha. She did business studies in 1993 and left after completing her exams and getting UNEB certificate in Secretarial Studies in 1998.
I am visiting her home and people she is looking after. She has a daughter called Joy who is 21/2 yrs old.
I have been keeping a diary of all the events that have taken place over the last 3 weeks.
The visitors did a wonderful job helping many people in the village and supporting most of the projects given to me by Audrey for Maria’s Care. I will be going with Jacky to Pioneer tomorrow to get Certificates that students haven’t received after over 18mths.
KPPS came second yesterday in the School Music Festival. They are all very happy. I hope to visit Kamuli again before I leave to take photos of the completed projects.
I have enough information and photos for the next 12 months that could go on the website!!!!
Lots of Love
God Bless
Rhona
